Greased!!
I had the most wonderful weekend!!! Something I needed for a loooong time…The whole family headed down to Ipoh for my 2nd cousin’s 1st birthday party. We also managed to squeeze in a little saree shopping while we were there. I was feeling a bit of curiosity at first…because it was my sister who was the one to initiate this saree shopping plan. Every single saree that I said looked nice…she gave a “errrmmm…noooo..it doesn’t…” look…haihhh…I lost all hope until the last shop that we went to…it was gone case right until the lady started showing us “fancy sarees”. BINGO! Black…see-through…flowy…just what we wanted. Both of us picked up a saree each and headed straight to the tailor to get our blouses stitched. We gotta go back there for our “fittings” in a months time.
The party was good…rained…but its always nice to attend family functions :o)
We came home on Sunday…coz Sunday was time for…..GREASE!!!!!Yeah babyyyyyyyyyy………….yeahhhhhh!!!!

I gotta tell you…GREASE is my all-time fav movie/musical. I’ve watched it a gazillion times…and trust me when I say gazillion! I meannnnn gazillion.
It started out with an old video tape that I used to borrow from a family friend....the songs!!the dancing!!John Travolta!!!
I’ve been waiting to watch this musical since forever!!!
Tickets were booked wayyy in advance…and I finally watched it @ the KL Convention Centre last night. Although the sound system wasn’t too good…I had a blast. Comparatively, the movie is still much much better…but you just have to watch both!
*Sighhhh*….life is feeling gooooood this Monday morning….

hehehe... so lucky we went into that shop. i had the gone case sinking feeling in my tummy the whole time. waiting to see what happens at the "fitting" session
